Requirements:
● Possess a valid driver’s license
● Be at least 18 years of age, and have at least
six months of licensed (unrestricted) driving
experience;
● Pass a driver & criminal background check
Your vehicle:
● Less than 10 yrs old
● Less than 8 seats
● Pass vehicle inspection
● Car insurance per Maryland Code, Public
